HG silicone sealant remover very easily removes silicone sealant from various substrates, such as stainless steel, enamel, glass, various types of plastic, ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, natural stone and similar substrates. It is a pleasant-smelling product, easy to apply and does not attack the above substrates. Many other types of sealant, such as butylene sealant, acrylic sealant and universal sealant leave residues that are difficult to remove, but are easy to remove with HG silicone sealant remover.
Instructions for use
- First cut away the sealant to be removed as close to the surface as possible with a knife
- Carefully cover kit which you do not wish to remove with tape
- Apply HG silicone sealant remover generously to the sealant residue using the brush provided
- Leave HG silicone sealant remover to work for 15 minutes
- Remove the remaining sealant using the special spatula supplied
- If this is still not easy, extend the soaking time
- Then carefully remove any remaining HG silicone sealant remover from the surface with water, possibly using a (nail) brush or clean cloth
- If necessary, repeat the treatment
- Consumption: Min. 10-15 running metres per 100 ml
